The response time, thanks to the regional connection solution, is lightning fast. Such optimization of travel in connection with the professional service of our dispatchers guarantees full and unlimited flexibility in managing the fleet dedicated to a given region and adjusted to the number of transported employees.
The cost of the trip is calculated for the departure and return of each scheduled passenger. Passenger cost is calculated individually for each location depending on the length of the journey. The cost does not change when the employee's return time changes. GTV stipulates that if an employee fails to show up for the journey through no fault of their own, and the journey has not been cancelled in advance, the cost of the journey is borne by the ordering party.
Please be informed that passengers from different companies and different locations can be transported in the same vehicle. Regardless of combining the routes, we are working to ensure that a single passenger trip does not extend more than 15 minutes one way.
Each regional project is accompanied by a separate cell of English-speaking dispatchers, available 24/7.

The GTV BUS planner creates a transport schedule after receiving the passenger lists, no later than 6:30 pm each day.
The completed schedule in the form of a generated link is sent to all coordinators. The link is sent once each Sunday, only the schedule tabs for each day change.

The administrator of the link is the GTV BUS Dispatcher. The changes they make are automatically updated.
Coordinators are required to send a link with the schedule to Company employees and explain how the schedule works.

Due to the large number of people being transported and the changes, employees are required to check the schedule 30 minutes prior to each journey.
The employee is expected to check and adjust to the time on the schedule, which may change depending on the anomalies that occur. The coordinator will be able to automatically see the absence of employees on the schedule.
